Dr. Kavita Goyal is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach to weight and chronic disease management. She combines evidence-based obesity medicine with practical, real-world lifestyle strategies, and has developed innovative group visits, education programs, and community initiatives that empower patients to take control of their health.
Additionally, Dr. Goyal teaches, mentors, and creates educational resources for both physicians and patients, with a focus on making complex medical concepts clear and actionable. She believes lasting weight management comes from progress, not perfection. Outside of medicine, she practices Indian classical dance and meditation, and encourages daily moments of stillness to reduce stress.
